Most of our straps are made for 20mm lugs and fit popular Rolex and Omega sports watches. The easiest way to check is our Find Your Fit tool — select your watch and it shows the correct width and the styles that fit.

Check your watch in Find Your Fit for the exact strap width, or message us your model on WhatsApp before you order — we reply within 15 minutes and will confirm the right size and styles. Getting the fit right before you buy saves the hassle of a swap later.

Our single-pass elastic loops come in Small, Medium and Large to suit your wrist. See our size guide to measure and choose.

Our straps use standard spring bars, and many elastic loops include a quick-release spring bar for tool-free swaps. A spring bar tool is available in our accessories if you need one.

Our rubber straps are water-resistant and built for daily wear. Leather straps are best kept dry to preserve the finish.

Yes — UAE delivery is free on orders over AED 450. On UAE orders below that, delivery is a flat AED 30. GCC and international shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. See our shipping page for details.

Orders within the UAE typically arrive within 3 working days, and within 7 working days to Bahrain, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Delivery times for the UK and US vary by destination — message us for an estimate to your area, or see our shipping page.

Yes. Our rubber straps carry a lifetime warranty; elastic loops, leather straps and accessories are covered for one year. Full details on our warranty page.

If the size isn't right, we're happy to exchange it within 5 days of delivery. The strap should be unworn and in its original condition. Please note the return and re-delivery shipping charges are covered by the customer. To skip the swap entirely, check your watch in Find Your Fit or message us your model before ordering — we reply within 15 minutes.
