Lifetime warranty on rubber straps

All rubber watch straps purchased from Artisan Watch Co. are covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in material and craftsmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

1-year warranty on other items

Straps made from materials other than rubber, along with tools and accessories, are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and craftsmanship.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorised repairs or modifications.
