How to measure your wrist
Wrap a soft tape measure — or a strip of paper you can mark and measure against a ruler — snugly around your wrist, just below the wrist bone. Note the measurement in millimetres, then use the chart below to choose your elastic loop size.
Elastic loop size guide
- Wrist 150–160mm → Small (120mm)
- Wrist 160–170mm → Medium (130mm)
- Wrist 170–180mm → Large (140mm)
