Refund policy

Strap Exchanges

If a strap doesn't fit, we're happy to exchange it within 5 days of delivery. The strap must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Return and re-delivery shipping charges are paid by the customer. To get the right fit first time, check your watch in Find Your Fit or message us your model before ordering.

Apart from fit exchanges, we do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including size, color, and material selections.

Warranty

Rubber straps are covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Elastic loop straps, Saffiano leather straps, tools and accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against the same defects. Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care. See our warranty page for details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review each case individually and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Watches

All watch sales are final. Once a watch order is confirmed, it cannot be exchanged, returned, or cancelled.
